Due to the nature of firearm-related products and compliance requirements:
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is:
- Incorrect (you received the wrong product). If we make a mistake we will make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 5 business days of delivery at sales@calegalmags.com.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We will evaluate the situation and, if applicable, send a replacement or offer a refund.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately after placing your order. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Compliance Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure products ordered from CALEGALMAGS.COM are legal in your state or locality. We modify magazines to meet specific compliance standards, but laws may vary. We are not responsible for seizures, penalties, or returns related to non-compliance.
